This page explains data use on the main Wellness by Zeina website. It does not describe separate medical-record systems.
Information you provide
Contact and booking forms collect the contact details, appointment choices and messages you enter. The Real Food Blueprint stores assessment answers and calculated results under a random result token; it does not ask for your name or email. Chat messages and feedback are saved and may be reviewed by authorized website staff. Avoid entering passwords, identity documents or detailed medical records into chat.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to answer enquiries, manage appointments, send booking confirmations and reminders, and provide the features you request. Booking emails contain a private link for changing or cancelling an appointment. Keep that link confidential. This website does not collect online payments or card details.
Optional AI features
Chat sends the conversation to the AI service used by the website to prepare a reply. If you request Blueprint AI insights, the service receives a summary including your food score, goal, lowest-scoring category, BMI and estimated calorie target. The basic Blueprint calculation does not require an AI request. AI text is educational, can contain errors and is not a diagnosis or a personal message from Zeina.
Services that operate the website
The website uses Manus hosting and related database, file-storage and AI services. Booking emails use the configured Zoho mail service. Where calendar integration is enabled, appointment information is shared with the connected Google Calendar account. Opening WhatsApp, social links or external media takes you to services with their own privacy practices. These providers may process information in locations different from yours.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, security and preferences such as language. Optional website visit analytics is controlled by your saved cookie preference. Choose Essential only to decline it, or use Cookie Settings in the footer to change your choice. External services you open may apply their own cookies.
Saved results and retention
Closing your browser does not delete information already submitted. Blueprint result access expires after 30 days; link expiry is not deletion of the underlying record. The website does not currently apply one automatic deletion period to all submitted records. To ask about retention or request access, correction or deletion, contact us below. Requests need identity and record verification, and applicable record-keeping obligations must be considered before deletion.
